Instructions

• Share your GitHub handle here so we can grant you access to a minimally structured iOS app repository.

• Your task is to re-architect and refactor the entire application to make it production-ready in less than 24 hours.

• We will assess your architectural decisions, code quality, and adherence to modern industry standards.

• You are free to use any tools you like — we recommend tools like Cursor — but remember, we value quality and structure over volume.

• Do not submit a pull request to the original repository. Instead, clone the repo and invite us to your version (@MathiasGilson and @nathgilson).

• You will not need access to the live Firebase project. Use the local emulator to simulate Firestore and Firebase Cloud Functions.

• Once you're done, we will schedule a live review call to discuss and evaluate your architecture and design choices.

• You may earn bonus points for enhancing performance or UX/UI, but do not introduce new features.
