Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will independently set up and manage a responsive, efficient support service. You will be the key contact for customers, gather feedback, lead a small support team, and automate processes to improve service quality. This role is remote and offers flexible, asynchronous work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support Management: Lead customer interactions to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring a response time of less than 1 hour.
  • Team Leadership: Hire and manage 1-2 part-time support agents, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
  • Technical Issue Reporting: Gather and report data on technical issues to facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Identify repetitive support cases and implement automation to streamline processes. Update documentation as necessary.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring high satisfaction levels across all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing a small support team.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and support software.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to automate repetitive tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
